Conference Updates & Info

We are so excited to see you at our 2021 Aglow Conference that will be held in Orlando, FL at the Doubletree by Hilton at Universal Entrance from September 24-26! We are just days away from the start and we, the Headquarters staff, are excitedly preparing to finally get to see you all after a long time of waiting to gather again.

As we approach the conference dates we wanted to share some important conference information and updates.

MASK POLICY Due to the rising numbers of COVID, Masks will be required upon entry to our General Sessions Ballroom. We realize that this is a personal and sensitive subject for many. In order to best protect Aglow’s attendees, we are asking that you wear a mask.

General Session Time Change The morning sessions have been changed to start at 9:30 am and the evening sessions will now begin at 7 pm.

Volunteers You should have received a few emails regarding volunteers for conference. We are still in need of quite a number of people to help. Everyone who volunteers will be able to attend all sessions, the majority of help needed is before/after sessions. Here is a link to volunteer:

Quick Service Food Option The hotel has a few restaurants available (Sunshine Café serving breakfast & lunch, American Grill serving dinner, Starbucks, and a “Pizza, Burgers, and More” grab and go). There will also be a concession stand with quick grab-and-go items but PLEASE NOTE the concession stand is CASH ONLY. (The restaurants take cash or card).

Wristband Pick Up Please be sure to pick up your 2021 Aglow Conference wristband from our wristband distribution table starting at 10:30 am on Thursday until 8 PM (times subject to change- hours will be listed at the table). Any wrist bands not picked up will be available for pick up at the Hotel Hospitality/Info/Lost & Found table located in the hotel lobby beginning Friday morning at 8 am. (PLEASE NOTE: This table closes during the sessions so be sure you have picked up your wrist band prior to session start).

Aglow Store We will not be having a marketplace this year but we will have an Aglow Store open between sessions selling many exciting fan favorites as well as NEW products. Be sure to check out the 2021 Conference T-shirts and the “ God Is…” cards! Click here to view products. There is limited stock this year so don’t wait, products are available as supplies last! 

Off-Site Restaurants The hotel offers many delicious food options, however, if you are feeling like a nice stretch before your meal feel free to check out the restaurants located in the parking lot of the hotel (about a 10-15 min. walk) or a nice long walk to the Universal City Walk across from the hotel (20-25 min. walk). Some restaurants at the city walk include: Hard Rock Café, Bubba Gumps, Margaritaville, and MANY more. Just be sure you plan accordingly so you don’t miss the evening session! (A list of restaurants at the City Walk will be available to view at the Hotel Hospitality booth in the lobby of the Doubletree).

Make Some Noise! Help create a “buzz” by posting your photos and videos of conference to Aglow’s Facebook page and to your own social media using the hashtag,  #AglowReset2021. Your excitement is infectious so share it with others!
